The It’s a Dog’s Life Colourful Semantics Pack is a versatile resource designed to support the development of sentence structure using the Colourful Semantics approach. It enables you to build language skills progressively, from simple ‘what + doing’ sentences through to more complex ‘what + doing + what + where’ sentences, with the addition of adjectives to further extend language.
The pack includes a durable storage folder, detailed A3 dog-themed picture scene, individual picture cards and a Colourful Semantics sentence strips. Every picture card can be found within the scene and includes a range of dog breeds, objects, actions, locations and adjectives, providing endless opportunities for engaging therapy activities.
There are 12 different dog breeds, as well as pictures of a generic dog and dogs for children who are unable to identify specific breeds.
