Only the purchaser may access and use the Digital Downloads.

You may use this resource for SLT work only.

You may give printed copies to parents/carers for homework activities and to Learning Support Assistants in order for them to carry out SLT recommendations.

You may use this resource in both teletherapy and face to face sessions.

Resources downloaded may not be duplicated, copied or disseminated, in part or whole.

You may not send these resources digitally or by any other means to other parties including therapists or to personal computers

By accessing and using our Digital Downloads, you agree that:

You will not do anything which would assist anyone to gain access to the Digital Downloads; and

You will not modify the downloads; nor will you seek to pass off any content as your own.

You agree to notify Carrie Hughes SLT by email immediately on becoming aware of any unauthorised use of the Digital Downloads purchased by yourself.

If, for any reason, Carrie Hughes SLT believes that you have not complied with these terms and conditions, Carrie Hughes SLT may, at sole discretion, cancel access immediately and without prior notice. This does not affect statutory rights.

Carrie Hughes SLT may terminate access, at their sole discretion, by contacting you, stating that the agreement has terminated.

You acknowledge and agree that the entire content, design and the selection and arrangement of the content and material contained in our Digital Downloads, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, page layout, are protected by copyrights, proprietary rights and laws.

You acknowledge and agree that you are permitted to use this material and information only on the basis expressly set out below and any use such as but not limited to: copying, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, or creating derivative works of such content or information is prohibited without the prior express written authorisation of Carrie Hughes SLT.

You acknowledge that the copyright, design right and all other intellectual property rights in any product purchased from Carrie Hughes SLT and any other documents or items prepared or produced in relation to Carrie Hughes SLT belong to Carrie Hughes SLT absolutely. Any copies of these pages saved to disk or to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for Speech and Language Therapy use only.
