Our fees reflect personalised speech and language therapy for both children and adults, tailored to individual needs and goals.
Children’s Speech and Language Fees
Initial assessment with verbal feedback

- Initial appointment lasting approximately 1–1½ hours
- Comprehensive evaluation of your child’s communication needs
- Detailed case history
- Formal and/or informal assessments (as appropriate)
- Liaison with family members, carers, and other professionals where required
- Personalised therapy plan where needed, with suggested targets and next steps

Initial assessment with summary report
£200
- Initial appointment lasting approximately 1–1½ hours
- Comprehensive evaluation of your child’s communication needs
- Detailed case history
- Formal and/or informal assessments (as appropriate)
- Liaison with family members, carers, and other professionals where required
- Personalised therapy plan where needed
- Summary report outlining assessment findings and recommendations, with suggested targets and next steps (maximum 2 pages of A4)

- Comprehensive evaluation of your child’s communication needs
- Detailed case history
- Formal and/or informal assessments (as appropriate)
- Liaison with family members, carers, and other professionals where required

- Detailed written report including analysis of assessment scores, findings, and recommendations, with suggested targets and next steps
EHCP report
£600
- Comprehensive evaluation of your child’s communication needs across settings
- Detailed case history
- Observations of communication skills, including classroom performance (where appropriate)
- Formal and/or informal assessments (as appropriate)
- Liaison with family members, carers, school staff, and other professionals where required
- Detailed written report including analysis of assessment scores and findings
- Recommendations and targets
- Clear identification of needs and suitable provision
- Statement of outcomes to support EHCP planning

This summary report is for existing clients only following a block of therapy.

An assessment and summary report following a block of therapy.
If an assessment cannot be completed within the initial appointment and a further session is required, this additional appointment will be charged at our standard session rate of £80.

Attendance at multi-disciplinary team meetings and with other professionals involved in a client’s care.
Mileage Charges
Our therapists are based across the Colchester and Ipswich areas, and we aim to allocate a therapist as close to your location as possible. For appointments located more than 30 minutes from the therapist’s base, a mileage fee may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed with you prior to booking.

Adults Speech and Language Acquired Conditions Fees
These fees apply for our therapists working with adults with acquired conditions (e.g., stroke, dementia, Parkinson’s), and learning disabilities.
